Cancellation Policy - Updated 01-11-06

• Orders over $5000 can be cancelled within 48 hours only.
  
  All Order Cancellations will be subject to a Cancellation Charge of $10.00 plus the cost of any shipping charges, if your order was already shipped. OEM and Opened box software cannot be returned. ALL OEM software sales are FINAL - There are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds on ANY OEM Software.
  
  For your convenience all customer orders are immediately processed for same day shipping. Therefore all cancellations must be made by calling customer service at 888 999 2611, option 2. We apologise for any inconvenience.
  
  This cancellation charge is to cover the costs of recalling and restocking processed orders.

Returns Policy - Updated 02-25-06

• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
  
  Unfortunately we cannot accept unauthorized packages, so you must have an RMA to return your order or item.
  
  An RMA request will be approved no later than 10 days after receiving your order.
  
  RMA numbers are valid 10 days from issue ONLY. Items to be returned will not be accepted from return after 10 days from RMA issue. After this time we may accept returns but a 20% restocking fee will be applied. RMA's and refunds can take 4-8 weeks to process and refunds granted will be credited back according to means of payment.
  
  This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your shipping container. No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved Return Authorization Number. Please call our customer service department at 1-888-999-2611 to discuss your return options and/or to obtain an RMA number. Please do not write the RMA number on the software box. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
  
  
• Only unopened packaged software is returnable up to 10 days from receiving your product. After this time we may accept returns but a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Opened, written-on, or installed software is not returnable. Defective software will only be replaced with the "similar kind" software. Any OPENED Software IS NOT RETURNABLE. Due to recent Manufacturer restrictions License orders are RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE ONLY at the Software Manufacturer Licensing departments discretion. There are NO returns on special order items - previous versions of software no longer in stock, or items we do not carry ordered specifically at a customers request. All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 days of RMA issuance. Items received after 10 days will be refused. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all registration cards, disks, CDs, manuals, licenses, etc. in perfect condition.
  
  
• Trial Versions of software are usually available from software manufacturers. It is the customer's responsibility to try software or become familiar with the software before they purchase from us. We do not offer trial versions.
  
  
• OEM software is NOT RETURNABLE unless the software is defective and in such a case will only be replaced with "similar kind" software. ALL OEM SALES ARE FINAL. There are no cancellations, exchanges or returns on ANY OEM Software products.
  
  
• Applicable to Residential Deliveries ONLY - Delivery Drivers will, on occasion, leave a package at your door without a signature at their own discretion. Buycheapsoftware is not liable for lost packages delivered to your residences without a signature, provided by a receipient. If you have a 'no signature required' instruction on file with FedEx or UPS, any lost package will also be your responsibility.



• "Return to Sender Packages or Refused Packages" are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Refused packages are defined as packages which have been voluntarily refused by the customer for any reason upon delivery.
  
  
• Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, and possibly a refusal of your return.

Payment Options

• Credit Cards and Prepayment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Optima and American Express credit cards are accepted with no added surcharge. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please call your Sales Advisor who will take your order and direct your payment. Please allow five business days for pre-mailed checks to clear. All checks must include a contact person, return address and phone number in order to be processed. A $20.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
  
  
• C.O.D.: We also accept money orders and cashier-checks for COD orders in the USA only. There is a $7.50 extra charge added to all COD orders. We require a photocopy of your payment faxed to us in advance to 1-(310)-305-3645. The fax should be sent to the attention of your sales representative and have your return name, address and daytime telephone number on your faxed order. We are taking these extra precautions to minimize are COD losses and therefore maintain our low competitive prices for our clients. The amount of the cashier's check must be exactly the total cost of the order, including shipping, COD fee and sales tax, if applicable. All cashiers' checks are subject to bank verification prior to shipping.
  
  
• Prepaid bank wire transfers: Please contact your sales representative or our accounting department for bank wire details.
  
  
• Purchase orders: PO's are accepted from credit-approved organizations for corporate, educational and government orders. Contact one of our account managers for qualification and application details. Banking, trade- references, federal-tax-ID and Dunn-Bradstreet numbers may be required. Resellers are also required to submit state resale number when applicable.
  
  
• Universities The minimum PO (Purchase Order) amount for Universities is $1,000.00 USD.

• Cancelled Software Orders - will be subject to our Cancellation Fee of $10, plus any shipping fees. This is to cover the costs for administrative processing of your transaction and the subsequent administrative tasks involved in the cancellation.



• The Shipping Department is open Monday through Friday with a 7pm EST and 4pm PST cut-off time. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or on Major Holidays. Overnight Delivery is not offered over the weekend. Orders placed for overnight delivery before 4.00pm Friday, will be shipped on Monday. 90% of our orders are filled from our warehouse on the same day. Free delivery is offered on all orders over $200, shipped within the continental US.
  
  We apologise but due to high shipping fraud rates on software, we only offer tracking numbers to regular customers. If your order is placed over the weekend, your tracking number will be available on Monday when your order is invoiced and shipped. Buycheapsoftware does not offer WILL-CALL, guarantee delivery times or offer any refunds for late delivery.

  Cancelled License Orders - LICENSES FROM ADOBE, MICROSOFT, SYMANTEC, VERITAS have 15 days to cancel their order. Trend Micro Dowload Software Keycodes are non-refundable. A 15% Cancellation Fee will apply.
