Sorry, but we do not offer telephone support on ANY products. Manufacturers offer comprehensive online or phone support which you purchase when you buy retail box or license software.
If you have purchased a Retail Box or License product (Full Verison or Upgrade) you may contact the Software Manufacturer directly for Tech Support. These manufacturer phone numbers can be found on the manufacturer's Support websites.
If you have purchased an OEM or DSP version, you may also use the manufacturer's Support websites 24/7 (listed below) however you cannot use manufacturer Phone Support for OEM or DSP versions.
(Note: Microsoft DSP/OEM software is for sustem builders, upgraders and computer consultants and does not come with manufacturer phone tech support. See policies on this site.)
