Shipping Updates: FEDex order tracking is updated at 6:00 AM and 8 PM every week day for your convenience. If your order has been shipped you will recieve notification of your shipment from fedex.

Orders are not shipped on weekends, therefore tracking on orders placed after Friday 4PM through Sunday will not show shipping information until Monday after 8:00 PM.

Tracking Internet Orders: To track an order placed with Buycheapsoftware, please login to your account and select the order that you wish to track, if a tracking number has been issued it will be available on your order page.

Tracking Phone Orders: If you called your order into our Customer Service department, you will require the Purchase Order Number to check FEDex shipping through our Online Tracking. If you did not supply an Email address at the time of the order, you will not be able to use this system. Please call 888-999-2611 between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM PST and ask a Customer Service Representative for manual assistance.

International Export Restrictions

Sorry, but due to new US government policy on Exports there is an minimum value for international orders of $250 USD to cover the cost of increased administration.

Sorry but due to manufacturer restrictions, Autodesk products cannot be shipped Internationally.

Microsoft OEM and International Retail Products can be purchased from Buycheapsoftware, however licensing is subject to restrictions.
